Special Pani Puri and Chaat Masterclass

Our first Indian Street Food Masterclass was so much fun, we decided to do it all over again! Mum will go through step by step how to make delicious Pani Puri the most popular Indian street food dish, along with Chaat .

Pani Puri is an irresistible explosion of flavours and textures, with several delicious components coming together in perfect balance to create one of India’s most iconic street foods. Crisp, delicate puris are filled with a vibrant combination of flavours that make every bite a little burst of deliciousness.

Chaat, meanwhile, is the ultimate celebration of contrasting flavours — savoury, sweet, tangy, spicy and utterly addictive. One of India’s most beloved street foods, chaat brings together crispy elements with creamy yoghurt, tangy tamarind, fragrant spices and fresh herbs. Every mouthful is a delicious balance of textures and flavours that keeps you coming back for more. 

As with every class, you get lots of hands on experience of making the dishes, but you will also get to taste everything as well as take lots home to share with your family and/or friends. So, book your space today as we have limited spaces. This will definitely be a day to remember.

We are going to limit this class to a maximum of 8 people so you can ask as many questions as you want during the session. Our classes run for approx. 3.5 to 4 hours.

Most of our meals are plant-based but we do sometimes use yoghurt or ghee - please let us know if you are vegan so for that cooking class we can ensure that the meals are vegan
