Ingredients

Bunch of fresh mint

Bunch of fresh coriander

Fresh green chilli (as per heat requirements)

Salt to taste

Squeeze of fresh lemon or lime
Method

In a blender combine fresh mint, fresh coriander and green chilli, add small amount of water and blitz together.

Add fresh lemon or lime juice, salt to taste, if necessary a small amount of water and blitz until totally smooth.
