Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed

  • 2 tbsp tikka masala spice blend

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp oil


Ingredients for Curry Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

  • 2 tbsp of Sobhna’s Authentic Indian Curry Paste

  • 1 cup diced or crushed tomatoes 

  • 1/2–1 cup cream or coconut milk

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander for garnish


Step 1: Marinate & Cook the Chicken

  1. Mix chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp tikka masala spice blend. Marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavour).

  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken cubes until browned and almost cooked through. Remove and set aside.


Step 2: Make the Creamy Tikka Masala Curry

  1. In the same pan, add butter or oil. Sauté onions until golden.
