Mango Lassi

Ingredients
Serves 2

1 cup mango pulp (Indian Kesari mango pulp is the best)

1 cup of plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

Half a cup milk or plant-based milk (almond or cashew is good)

Crushed cardamom or sprinkle of Sobhna's Chai Masala
-
Few sprigs of mint (optional)
-
Ice cubes (optional)
Method
-
In a blender add mango pulp, yoghurt and milk and blitz!

Add ice cubes into a glass, pour in the mango lassi, sprinkle on some crushed cardamom or chai masala and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
