Butter Chicken Curry Paste

Free from artificial colours, preservatives, msg, palm and soy oil, sugar, water and Keto Friendly, and plant based. We have cooked this paste out so that you don't need too spend all of that time frying out the spices. In fact, you can just go ahead and eat it straight out of the jar! With multiple uses, you can make not only your favourite curries with it but also so many other dishes. As an approx. measurement of how much to use, we recommend 1 tablespoon to 250gms of meat, vegetables or lentils/ beans. Check out our videos for all of the meals you can make with this one jar.

Produced in a kitchen that handles tree nuts, sesame seeds, milk and products containing gluten and soy.

Keep in a cool place in the pantry until you open it. Once opened it goes into the refrigerator. Keep the rim clean, use a clean spoon, and keep it topped up with a thin layer of oil at the top to keep it fresh and moist.

Heat oil, add your protein/vegetables, one tablespoon of curry paste to 200g of protein/vegetables, stir well and cook on a low heat until your protein or vegetabes or par-cooked, stir through cream (depending on how creamy you would like it). Add salt to taste.

TIP: mix the curry paste with a small amount of hot water before adding to your protein/vegetables.
