This instant dhal mix has been a work in progress for mum and I for over a year. With just the right amount of spices, you can make a comforting dhal in less than five minutes. Perfect for a mid-week meal, but also great as a 3pm pick me up! I love having a cup of this in the afternoon - just add one tablespoon to a cup, and then top up with boiling water. You will need to add salt to taste, as this is a low-sodium product. And if you love citrus like me, some lemon juice just makes it even more perfect!
